Terra Nova had two students represent our school at this year's Conversation Crew Celebration! This hands on project is part of a partnership with Conservation Minnesota. 219 Rainbow trout were released today in Stillwater at Brown's Creek! The Trout in the Classroom (TIC) group traversed the muddy bank to bring the trout to their new home. Big thanks to Justin, an alumnus of ours, came with to help as a veteran TIC participant and assisted with the release. We then went over to the St Croix River and attempted some midday fishing along the lift bridge. The TIC program is a partnership between the MN DNR, Trout Unlimited and schools across the state.
