🐾 What an AMAZING way to wrap up the year! 🎉 Terra Nova's Animal Care Club brought the wild side to Swan River Montessori and it was absolutely incredible! 🦁✨ Out of the classroom and into the world - from curious students to amazed adults, everyone got to experience the magic of our animal friends up close. Watching little faces light up when they met our ( not-so-furry) ambassadors was pure joy! 🥰 There's nothing quite like seeing kids discover their love for animals and conservation. Terra Nova News Visits the Big Time! Last fall, three Terra Nova students proposed a student lead project in which they would take on different roles in producing a school newscast. The students met with advisors, proposed their ideas, recruited team members, and thought about all of the skills they could build and things they could learn by creating their own monthly newscast. Today, those same students got the opportunity to tour KARE 11 and watch part of a live broadcast. The staff at KARE 11 were gracious hosts, answered lots of questions, and enjoyed learning about the students' passion. The Terra Nova News team is already thinking of ways they can improve on their productions for next year based on what they witnessed today!
