Meet Curly, the Curlyhair tarantula! This cool creature is one of Terra Nova's Animal Care Club members! Clubs are an integral part of student learning at Terra Nova. Learning through interest-based projects can encourage students to dive deeper into various topics to enhance their education. We are thankful that we can offer these opportunities for students to not only lead a club but also participate in them during the school day. Drew hosted our first Animal Care Club this week. Through this club, students will learn about various animals, their needs, conservation, care and so much more. Greg’s advisory sent 8 hard-working students to the Monticello Help Center yesterday for two hours to pack Thanksgiving meal boxes for almost 200 families.
