In keeping with our mission of "Out of the classroom, into the World" students will have two Experience Days during the school year. Students will be expected to have an off-campus learning project.
This is an amazing opportunity for students to get hands-on, real-world experiences. A job shadow, visit a museum, park or historical site, build something, make music, or get your hands dirty. Go on your own, go with your family, go with a group...go out into the world and experience something that you find interesting.
Students will not be on campus, however, these are school days, and participation is required. Students will have an approved project set-up ahead of time and will demonstrate what they learned. All students will have access to Advisors via phone or email that day for questions.
Students and families should talk about their proposed projects and plan ahead accordingly.
